Justin Ferrabee

Justin Ferrabee is Managing Partner of North Galt, a leading advisory firm specializing in financial market infrastructures and payment system strategy. He is also Founder of the Commercial Payment Network, a member-owned, blockchain-enabled corporate payment network, and Co-Founder of the Entrepreneurs Credit Union, a digital-first financial institution.

Justin’s career spans leadership roles in payments, financial technology, and large-scale organizational transformation. He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Payment Canada, where he oversaw the transformation of the organization and the modernization of the infrastructure. He also served as President of Trustly Canada and as CEO of Mazooma, leading innovative payment services across North America.
In addition to executive leadership, Justin has extensive experience in strategy and governance. He has been on, and advised boards and executive teams across the private and public sectors, and founded Totem Hill Strategy Group, a consultancy focused on large-scale transformation. His earlier entrepreneurial ventures include Fieldless Farms, G2 Energy, and Ollie Quinn, reflecting his ability to bridge institutional strategy with entrepreneurial innovation.

Justin holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and is the author of a book on leadership and organizational performance. His work reflects a consistent focus on strengthening governance, enabling institutional change, and advancing the resilience of financial market infrastructures in a rapidly evolving global environment.
